Legal Suite

A lot of ground work was done to bring this tenant suite up to date! The floor was opened up to create the staircase to the bathroom, the exterior basement door opening was made larger and new framing for the new windows. More concrete work was done to the footings, wall relocated and new structural beam installed. New electrical and plumbing was required and finally the finishings. The space turned out beautifully!
