Many of you may know Classic Renovations as renovation experts in Nanaimo and the surrounding area, but do you know the people behind the story? Read about the history and progression of Classic Renovations.

Darren Cavan

Darren is a born entrepreneur who thrives on overcoming business challenges and adding great people to his team. His passion for success has taken him from Retail Management, to an Industrial Construction Management team and now to Home Renovations.

Darren is an avid baseball fan, coaching his sons team. He sat on the the Board of the Nanaimo Minor Baseball Association for 6 years. He spends his free time camping, fishing and hanging out with his family.

Andrew Petersen

Andrew is one of our incredible Project Managers. He’s easy going, friendly and knows his job sites inside and out. Don’t let his tattoos fool you – this Island native has a background in Health Care working with seniors. That must be where he learned to turn on the charm as our clients all love him!

When he’s not managing renovation projects, you’ll find Andrew hiking with his dogs, or talking sports.

With high standards for quality, this team has created a reputation for excellence that is unparalleled in the industry. While we do support some local trades through sub-contracting, our process relies heavily on the communication and professionalism of our main crew.
