Our Process

Initial In-Home Consultation

This is the time when we get to explore your ideas, hopes and wishes. Tell us the story that made you realize that this change was necessary to improve your home comfort and lifestyle.

Our role is to translate the thoughts in your head into a real-life project. From there we help you understand what’s involved in the process to get from point A to point B.

This is also the point where we can give you realistic projections of the kind of budget you’ll need.

From there we can put together a proposal that reflects your expectations and budget.

Quote / Contract Proposal

Based on the in-home consultation we will put together a proposal. Our goal it to ensure that both parties have the same expectations regarding the scope of work.

We are transparent with a fixed price to complete the work and defined payment schedules. We’re confident we can identify certain issues that may arise based on the area and age of your home. We won’t hesitate to advise you of what we might find while discussing your project.

    Design/Material Selection

This is the fun part! If drawings are required, this is the time that we get the stamp of approval. Then you get to go shopping! You get to explore materials and finishes at our preferred vendors with priority service and partner discounts.

We do not put fixtures in our contract prices with mark-ups added.

Instead, we offer homeowners the opportunity to take advantage of our buying power with our vendors.

    The Project

Once all the designs and material selections are completed, the project is turned over to Andrew and our Project Team. Andrew handles all aspects of  kitchen renovations; scheduling our staff carpenters, picking up and delivering materials to site, and managing sub trades as needed.

Our Project Team will stay in contact with the homeowners as much or as little as you like. When your project is complete Andrew does a final walk through, ensuring satisfaction with the work performed
